Delete your RunBrella account
In the app (immediately)
- Open RunBrella and sign in.
- Profile → menu (⋮) → Settings.
- Under "Your data", tap Delete my account and confirm.
Without the app
Send an e-mail to info@runbrella.de with the subject "Delete my RunBrella account", from the e-mail address you registered with. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
What is deleted
- your account and login details
- your profile (name, gender, verification status), profile photos and settings
- your own check-in answers
- your participation in upcoming runs and the upcoming runs you host
What is kept
- runs that have already ended, without a link to an active profile
- reports by other members, as long as needed for community safety or possible legal claims
